This quote is true because how can you live without trusting yourself. Not literally trusting yourself with secrets or anything of that nature but, just trusting to nourish yourself properly and get enough sleep. You know little things like that.

This is a very good quote. It basically says to be positive. Its a very optimistic statement. I agree totally.

This quote is saying, to me, that kind words aren't necessarily needed but, when you receive them they are good.  So basically kind words are good but, never needed.

This quote to me is saying to believe in yourself even if nobody else believes you. You don't need as much emotional support from other people when you can give it to yourself. Basically its self-explanatory. Nobody needs anybody to be somebody.

Basically this saying means that you speak bad fortune on yourself. However I don't agree with this because you are never really certain about what will happen. There's no such thing as predicting or talking down on yourself.
